Job Overview
Retail Inventory Associate - Driver. Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Responsibilities- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, including vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are available.
- Uphold core values:

- At least 21 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is accepted; no inventory experience required.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings or late nights.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay with a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months and a maximum of $5.00.

Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use of a ladder, lifting items up to 25 lbs, frequent car travel, and occasional plane travel with overnight stays.
