Assistant Store Manager - Fresh

Brookshire's Grocery -  - Responsibilities:
Manage fresh perimeter departments, including bakery, deli, produce, and market, ensuring quality, safety, and inventory levels;
Interview, hire, train, and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; schedule; address complaints;
Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions;
Review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; provide summary to upper management;
Open/close the store and maintain a presentable shopping environment with adequate staff and safety controls
