Sales Consultant

Prospective employees also receive competitive compensation ranging from $40,000 to $64,000 annually, including a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid time off accrues at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter, with sick time handled per state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods during November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
