What You’ll Do – Your Role with CARE- Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial boiler systems (gas, oil, and steam)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using modern tools and emerging technology
- Perform thorough inspections, safety checks, and efficiency upgrades
- Replace defective parts, adjust controls, and optimize system performance
- Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer notes
You’ll be a trusted expert who ensures every home and business stays warm, safe, and efficient.
What We’re Looking ForWe hire technicians who take pride in craftsmanship, responsibility, and delivering exceptional service:
- Proven experience on boiler systems—residential or light commercial
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Able to read schematics, manuals, and system diagrams
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional, courteous communication with customers
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Experience with hydronic systems, condensing boilers, or automation systems is a plus
- Prior Experience with residential plumbing is a plus.
