This is a working leadership role
, not a title.
You will:
- Lead and coach technicians through ride‑alongs, training, and field mentorship. This is not an office role. You will be in the field full‑time.
- Set and enforce standards for quality, safety, code compliance, and professionalism
- Own performance metrics, including job outcomes, callbacks, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to keep jobs running efficiently
- Handle customer escalations with confidence and accountability
- Develop apprentices and future leaders within the organization
- Identify problems and bring solutions that improve operations
We don’t need perfect. We need proven.
You bring:
- 10+ years of plumbing experience
- 2+ years in a leadership, lead technician, or supervisory role (preferred)
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred)
- Strong coaching, communication, and decision‑making skills
- The ability to hold people accountable while earning their respect
- Comfort using scheduling, reporting, and field technology
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A mindset of ownership:
