- Diagnosing and repairing residential septic and drainage systems
- Performing full installations including excavation and final connections
- Operating drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locating equipment
- Explaining problems and solutions clearly to homeowners
- Maintaining accurate service records, permits, and documentation
- Following safety standards and jobsite protocols without exception
- Coordinating with inspectors, vendors, and teammates to complete projects smoothly
This is hands-on, skilled work — not guesswork.
What You Need to Bring- 3+ years of septic, drain, wastewater, or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of septic components, pumps, filtration, and drainage systems
- Experience operating excavation or jetting equipment preferred
- Professional communication skills with customers
- Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- A team-first mindset with initiative and accountability
