• Diagnosing and repairing residential septic and drainage systems
• Performing full installations including excavation and final connections
• Operating drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locating equipment
• Explaining problems and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Maintaining accurate service records, permits, and documentation
• Following safety standards and jobsite protocols without exception
• Coordinating with inspectors, vendors, and teammates to complete projects smoothly

This is hands-on, skilled work — not guesswork.

• 3+ years of septic, drain, wastewater, or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of septic components, pumps, filtration, and drainage systems
• Experience operating excavation or jetting equipment preferred
• Professional communication skills with customers
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• A team-first mindset with initiative and accountability
