We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fracture stimulation, heavy equipment operation, and construction, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Job Duties- Operate specialized equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following company guidelines and best practices.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Interact with fracture stimulation customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture within the team.
- Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment, which may involve physical labor and manual tasks.
- Be willing and flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Field Operations Manager(s) and Operations Director.
- Proven experience in fracture stimulation, heavy equipment operation, preferably in oil and gas or construction environments.
- Proficiency in operating cranes, rigs, and other specialized machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations for equipment operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment to accomplish project goals.
- Must have a valid CDL Class A License.

Minimum of 3 years - Some knowledge of Frac Fleet Operations and Frac Designs
- Commercial Driver's License – Class A required.
Work Location:
Based out of Marshall, TX, with 100% travel throughout Texas and other states when on shift.
Pay range: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year (Marshall, TX)
