• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicles
• Own set of tools
• 5+ years’ mechanical experience (external applicants) or 6+ months as Mechanic 2 (internal applicants)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and safety manuals
• Proficiency in English for safety and operational communication
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• 1+ years of verifiable mechanical experience in hydraulic and electrical equipment
• Prior military service
• Valid Class A CDL with manual shift experience
• Technical institute certification/degree in Maintenance or Repair
• Experience with frac pump and blender component installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with electric-over-air and air-over-air actuating systems
