Job Description:

Key Responsibilities- Install customer service drops or outlets at residential and business properties.
- Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot drops, diagnose reception performance issues, and resolve problems from customer equipment to the first distribution amplifier.
- Verify proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
- Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on new or existing equipment.
- Perform additional duties that support the company’s purpose, brand principles, and organizational values.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record in the state of application.
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime and on‑call duties as needed.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate solutions positively to customers.
- Physical ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 80lbs, work on ladders, and operate in all weather conditions.
- Minimum 3months of customer‑service or related experience, or equivalent education and training.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
