The Staff CPA will be responsible for working on various client projects including tax returns, financial statement preparation, and financial statement audits.

Job Duties:
• Execute core job duties and deliver high-quality results on time
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate updates clearly
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to support decisions
• Provide responsive support to internal/external stakeholders
• Assist in planning and executing projects to meet objectives
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data accuracy
• Prepare audits for government entities such as cities or municipal services
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPA license required (or in the process of obtaining)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Quick Books Online (QBO), and CCH Axcess
