Lifecycle Service Co-Op

Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Identify opportunities to use machine learning or AI to reduce repetitive manual tasks into digital tools
• Collaborate with pricing and parts teams to streamline and automate key processes
• Use data, AI/ML, and analytics to uncover insights and improve data quality
• Develop tools to estimate service and parts opportunities across regions and industries
• Analyze complex datasets to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Take ownership of projects—from idea to launch—including user feedback, testing, and improvements
• Collect feedback and data analysis on current tools and problems faced by our teams and develop a project management strategy for prioritizing future work.
• Create test plans and automate them to ensure high quality releases.
• Document development work and provide roadmap for future initiatives.
• Key focus area include:
  Leadtime support, annual price increase automation, Shutdown, Turnaround and Outage (STO) maintenance events tools

For this role, you will need:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to contribute in a team environment

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Junior or Senior Standing
• Java and Microsoft Windows programming skills
