In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Perform ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on in-process material.
Ensure manufactured products meet established quality requirements through proper application of non-destructive examination methods.
Facilitate joint action with operations, supplier, and customer resources to maintain conformance to requirements.
Serve as a resource for application and interpretation of the Non-Destructive Examination program, including maintaining training, methods, certification, and compliance records.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Maintain orderly, safe, and efficient operation of the NDE facility and equipment.
Assist in making equipment and process decisions to support long-term business goals.
Support internal process/quality audits and external supplier audits.
Coordinate and connect with all levels of the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.) in Non-Destructive Testing, Non-Destructive Testing Technology Diploma or Certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Recent experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic, or visual inspections.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proven computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

ASNT and AWS Qualifications.
Experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic, or visual inspections.
A minimum of 2 years related experience in manufacturing or quality.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO 9000).
Strong aptitude for learning new processes.
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills with the ability to work as a team member.
Aggressive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
