Software Engineer, Robotics, Electrical Engineering
This role offers an opportunity to build your Prognostics Engineering experience and drive the development of new technologies.
Job Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy prognostic and advanced diagnostic algorithms for industrial control valves and associated equipment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of Engineers, Data Scientists, SMEs and collaborators to create and integrate prognostics solutions into systems.
- Analyze and interpret data from sensors, diagnostics, and maintenance records to identify failure modes, trends, and anomalies.
- Create algorithms to detect fault conditions and estimate remaining useful life (RUL) of the system based on sensor data, failure modes, and degradation models.
- Determine optimal type, number, and location of sensors for the system based on prognostic objectives, performance criteria, and constraints.
- Create clear, concise, and verifiable engineering requirement documents and engineering plans to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate designs processes and procedures that enable remote management, evaluates risks versus benefits of solutions, communicates timely and effectively across the organization, pushes themselves and others to achieve results, establishes clear responsibilities, and monitors and measures outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or in an applicable field.
