This role is ideal for someone who knows the area, whether currently local or previously established in the market, and is motivated to grow meaningful, long-term customer relationships.
You’ll have the backing of a strong institution, competitive lending capacity, and the support structure needed to compete effectively.
An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Ag or Commercial (CLO) lending experience or be a strong Branch Manager ready to step into a lending role.
