Join our surgical team as a Surgical Technologist II, supporting safe and efficient invasive procedures in a specialized area. You'll scrub, assist circulation, manage instruments/equipment, and prioritize patient safety while anticipating surgeon needs.
Key Duties- Prepare instruments/supplies for procedures; review patient data (H&P, consents, imaging).
- Assist in circulating or second scrub roles; monitor OR conditions and sterile field.
- Maintain equipment, support room turnover, and mentor new staff/students.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and precautions.
- High school diploma/GED + accredited surgical tech program graduation. [REQUIRED]
- Active national certification (maintained throughout employment). [REQUIRED]
- Internal: 3+ years recent OR experience may substitute education if cert-eligible.
- Preferred:
Associate degree or higher. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
