This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist. The position is based in Marshalltown, IA, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions for individuals, families, or groups, creating and overseeing tailored treatment plans, participating in case management, and collaborating with colleagues and other professionals. The role also involves supporting clients with their mental health challenges and working towards promoting their overall well-being.

• Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management to create and implement effective care strategies
• Strong background in Social Work, effective communication with diverse populations, and collaboration with other professionals
• Knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Family Therapy practices
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Relevant licensure to practice as a Mental Health Therapist is required
• Experience working with diverse age groups and family dynamics is an asset
• Ability to adapt and manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
