Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance of Menard-owned equipment and vehicles. This includes light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty truck and forklift repairs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. This position requires 4 10-hour shifts. Days off vary and every 3rd Saturday 7 a.m.

- noon.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs to trucks and trailers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Perform accurate and timely repairs.
• Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Experience in diagnostic engine repair
• Experience in truck drivetrain repair
• Must have some direct mechanical experience or an accredited Technician Degree
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Must have parts knowledge
• Must be able to take direction from management and the ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally
