Position at JBS USADC Maintenance Supervisor – DC Maintenance Supervisor.

Shift: 1st Shift 6am – 6pm Rotation (must be flexible). Department:
Distribution Center.

Marshalltown, IA. Salary Class:
Exempt. Internal candidates must have less than 3 attendance points to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, people skills.
• Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial.
• Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.
• Great work ethic – a must.
• Great follow‑up.
• Coaching/teaching skills.

• Perform online edits and program changes with PLCs and familiarity with box logic.
• Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high‑speed machinery systems and process control systems.
• Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion, and perform system operational checks on high‑speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publications.
• Monitor work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of the whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
• PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
• Warehouse refrigeration.
