Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to deliver high-quality care of the facility, grounds, and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean environment that complies with regulations. You will work under the Maintenance Coordinator to support residents and staff.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, grounds and interior upkeep, move-in refurbishments, safety inspections, and emergency response. A Chauffeur license and safety training are required within 30 days of hire.
