In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform calibration, verification, and adjustment of measurement and test equipment (M&TE).
Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure proper documentation of all work performed.
Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor issues with instruments or coordinate vendor repairs.
Ensure all equipment is properly labeled with calibration status and due dates.
Follow established calibration procedures and assist in developing new or improved methods.
Support production, engineering, and quality teams by ensuring equipment is available and within specification.
Prepare equipment for internal and external audits and respond to audit-related inquiries.
Monitor calibration intervals and schedule equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.
Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.
Display natural or corrected vision of 20/22 with both eyes.
Associates degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
2 – 3 years proven experience working with Calibration or Quality Inspector.
