** location, you will provide in-person factory based training, at Impact Partner offices or customer sites. The Instructor will also be delivering trainings both virtually/remotely. In this role, the individual will update existing and develop new course materials following IACET guidelines and best practice adult learning theory.
* Relocation assistance available for selected non-local candidate.

** AS AN EDUCATION SERVICES INSTRUCTOR, YOU WILL:*
* + Conduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centers

+ Contribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshops

+ Assist with the preparation of all necessary instructional materials and equipment for classes

+ Work closely with Division product teams to develop and maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned topics, product offerings, and related process control equipment

** FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:*
* + Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

+ Passion for learning and imparting knowledge to people with varied roles and experience levels

+ Previous experience with adult technical learning

+ Strong mechanical maintenance skills

+ Self-motivated and able to thrive in team and highly autonomous settings

+ Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability and willingness to travel in North America, up to 50%

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States

** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Education, Engineering or Industrial Technology

+

Experience with Fisher Division products is preferred; some experience with Control Valve Engineering and FIELDVUE technology is ideal
