Quality Assurance Documentation Leader

** In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*
* + and maintain a safe working environment; demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitudes.

+ Assign and coordinate work to maximize productivity and attain production schedule. Oversee day-to-day operations, including authority for personnel actions. Maintain and enhance employee qualifications, identify training needs, and address qualifications gaps.

+ Manage and coordinate investigation of after-shipment requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

+ Develop metrics to assess manufacturing conformance, including supplier documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Drive improvement of the metrics. Prepare necessary reports and provide regular feedback to management.

* + Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Previous supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

+ Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

+ Ability to motivate a team, utilizing strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.

** Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:*
* + Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of related experience in manufacturing or quality.

+ Demonstrated leadership abilities, including being disciplined, assertive, and energetic, to meet safety and production performance goals.

+ Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
