As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in honoring their service by ensuring they receive the highest quality of life and compassionate care.

• Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
• Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, Medication Aides, and LPNs.
• Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

  -8:30 p.m.) applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and will be paid a lump-sum of $8,000 in retention payments, paid out over 26 pay periods. Must work a total of 40 hours per week. Lodging and meals available upon request.
