• 24 months of current or recent ER experience
• Recent travel nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Active Iowa license or applicable compact/multi‑state license at time of submission
• Professional reference check within the last 24 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Competency)

• De‑Escalation Certificate (SAMA, MAB, MOAB, CPI), obtainable during onboarding
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate, obtainable during onboarding
