Job Description

Recruitment Payment for Part‑Time LPNs: $1,500 (Current State of Iowa employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency).
Starting pay: $30.38/hour
What You’ll Do- Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
- Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
- Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
Evening Shift: 8-hour shifts (2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
Night Shift: 10-hour shifts (8:15 p.m. – 6:15 a.m.)
1 weekend out of 3.
Weekend Package:
Applicants are required to work 40 hours every two weekends, specifically on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, earning up to $4,000 in retention payments, with lodging and meals available upon request.

Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
