Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts per week. The nurse will be responsible for caring for patients in a telemetry setting, including post-operative surgical patients. The patient care ratio is 5:1, with a bed size of 16 beds. The nurse will administer specific medications and manage various drips, including insulin, Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone.

Candidates must have a strong foundation in both medical surgical and telemetry nursing. This role requires reading and interpreting telemetry strips. Regular weekend shifts will be required, with a rotation every third weekend and holiday as scheduled.
