Temp-to-Perm CNA Position

Certified Nursing Assistant

The role is a temporary-to-permanent Certified Nursing Assistant position with weekly pay up to $1,200, based in the Marshalltown, Iowa area. The candidate will provide compassionate care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, supporting residents during night shifts and collaborating with the healthcare team.

• Provide compassionate resident care with respect and sensitivity
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress
• Execute safe transfer and mobility assistance following protocols
• Support medication administration and monitor resident health status during night shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Iowa CNA license and BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Strong patient care background in LTC or SNF
• Proven professionalism and responsibility
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Flexibility to transition to full-time after 13 weeks
