• $5.00/hour from 3 PM – 11 PM
• $7.50/hour from 11 PM – 7 AM
• $7.50/hour on weekends starting Friday at 11p-Mon 7a

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with providers, care teams, patients, and families to support positive outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and delegate care activities based on patient needs and team roles.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient care within the EMR.
• Support safe patient handoffs and continuity of care across settings and shifts.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards.
• Serve as a resource and supportive team member within the department.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
• Help maintain a respectful, compassionate, and team-oriented care environment.

• Associate Degree of Nursing

• Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established by Iowa Board of Nursing.
