Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate travel assignment in Marshalltown, Iowa. This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where your clinical expertise makes a direct impact on patient outcomes.
Assignment Details

ASAP - Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 36 hrs/week
- Schedule:
Every 3rd weekend (including holidays if scheduled) - Float:
Within unit discipline only
Pay Package
- Weekly Gross: $2,448
- Taxable Base: $1,202/week ($33/hr W2 base)
- Stipends: $1,246/week (housing + meals)
- Overtime Rate: $50/hr
- Travel Reimbursement:
Up to $600
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years ER RN - Travel
Experience:
Required - EMR: EPIC
- Certifications (Active):
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- MOAB / CPI accepted (must be active or obtained during onboarding)
- License:
Active Iowa or Compact RN
