Description:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care in the Emergency Room.
The nurse will conduct clinician interviews and manage patient assessments effectively.
Candidates must be able to work a holiday rotation and every third weekend.
The Emergency Room features 16 beds with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5.The nurse will care for trauma, stroke, obstetrics, and advanced cardiac patients.
Candidates must possess critical thinking and strong communication skills.
Current certifications required include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.A De-Escalation Certificate is preferred, and a NIH Stroke Scale certificate is nice to have.
All nurses must have a valid nursing license at the time of application.
Professional references from a supervisor or nursing manager within the last 24 months are preferred.
