Work Model:
- On-Site
- Perform ultrasonic, radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and visual inspections on in-process materials
- Verify product conformance to quality requirements through proper application of non-destructive examination techniques
- Support joint problem-solving with operations, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain compliance with specifications
- Act as a technical resource for interpretation and application of approved non-destructive examination programs
- Maintain required inspection, training, certification, and compliance documentation
- Ensure inspection programs align with applicable industry codes and standards
- Maintain safe, organized, and efficient operation of inspection equipment and facilities
- Support internal quality audits and external supplier audits
- Assist with equipment and process decisions that support long-term operational needs
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Associate degree in Non-Destructive Testing, Non-Destructive Testing Technology diploma or certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic, or visual inspections
- Working knowledge of applicable non-destructive examination methods and inspection practices
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, codes, and inspection criteria
- ASNT and/or AWS certifications (preferred)
- Experience supporting inspection activities in a manufacturing or quality environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, and ISO 9000 (preferred)
