1st shift (40+ hrs/week), flexible as needed.

Maintain a compliant PSM program at the facility using APSM software. Responsible for EPA RMP compliance and updating the plant RMP filing with EPA. Develop and review SOPs for the refrigeration system, ensure P&IDs are up to date. Understand construction and safety code interpretations for operating an ammonia system safely and efficiently and implement such practices. Review all PMs for mechanical integrity compliance, ensure piping is labeled and valve numbers are accurate.

Maintain all PSM documentation and training records. Organize, schedule, and conduct PSM meetings; compile and maintain action item logs. Verify documentation for accuracy to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA requirements. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and others about PSM‑related jobs and activities. Lead compliance audits, PHAs, and mechanical integrity inspections. Prioritize and track progress on open PSM and EPA recommendations.

• Knowledge of OSHA PSM & EPA RMP regulatory requirements
• Ammonia refrigeration and industry knowledge preferred
• People‑oriented, understanding employee needs, motivational skills, and ability to teach new skills
• AutoCAD experience preferred

• Technical schooling with mechanical or electrical emphasis helpful
• High School diploma or equivalent required
