As a Quality Assurance Documentation Supervisor, you will be integral to our dynamic and high‑tech production facility. Responsibilities- Maintain a safe working environment; demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitudes.
- Assign and coordinate work to maximize productivity and attain production schedule. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including authority for personnel actions. Maintain and enhance employee qualifications, identify training needs, and address qualification gaps.
- Manage and coordinate investigation of after‑shipment requests from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop metrics to assess manufacturing conformance, including supplier documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Drive improvement of the metrics. Prepare necessary reports and provide regular feedback to management.

You effectively communicate in various settings: one‑on‑one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You are decisive and make high‑quality decisions, even when based on incomplete information or in the face of uncertainty.
Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory experience or experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
- Ability to motivate a team, utilizing strong organizational, planning, and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of related experience in manufacturing or quality.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including being disciplined, assertive, and energetic, to meet safety and production performance goals.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
