As a full‑time retail store manager at maurices, you will lead a team of 8–20 associates—including 3–4 management members—to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will develop and retain talent, drive sales and loyalty, and maintain store operations and visual presentation. This role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Previous management experience required; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and cultivate a positive team atmosphere.
