Game Stop - 50 Lafrentz Lane - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform about promotions, and thank guests for shopping;
Support store environment and sales initiatives to drive guest relationships and repeat business;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system accurately and courteously;
Escalate customer issues to Store Manager when appropriate and professionally;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Input performance feedback into Workday / HR service management system in partnership with Store Manager;
Assist with onboarding, training, and compliance training for store associates prior to opening/closing shifts;
Ensure store policies, inventory control, loss prevention practices, and safety procedures are followed;
Assist in scheduling, payroll approvals, and ensuring correct payroll records
