Overview

As one of the largest premier dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless is looking for outgoing, energetic and highly motivated salespeople to join our team. This is a full‑time position focused on selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.

• Achieve monthly sales quota by selling wireless products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to customer issues.
• Recommend Cricket products and services that best fit customer needs.
• Deliver excellent service before, during, and after the sale to create long‑term relationships.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time‑frames.

• 1 year of wireless sales experience (preferred).
• 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Spanish (preferred) and ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to commute to Marshalltown, IA 50158 (required).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Full‑time position, 35–40 hours per week.
• Shift options: 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts.

• Weekdays Monday to Friday, with weekend work as needed.
