• Maintain accurate, organized inventory records
• Coordinate daily shipments and communicate directly with vendors
• Pack, prepare, and process orders for delivery
• Enter order details and updates into our inventory system
• Generate shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders
• Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues as they arise
• Process new orders and re-orders with vendors
• Manage product returns and exchanges
• Assist with testing large display systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping workspace

• Some experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Comfortable using computers and entering accurate data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep processes moving
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, especially in business or a related field
• Experience working with external customers or vendors
• Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn and grow on the job

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
