Position Title: Forklift Operator

Wage: $21.00/hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 10:30pm - 7:00am

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate in Marshalltown, IA to support overnight warehouse operations on a temporary basis through September. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate a stand‑up forklift to move, load, and unload materials (following training and certification)
• Use handheld scanners to pick, track, and process orders for shipment
• Load and unload delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Package and prepare items for safe transport
• Inspect materials for damage and identify non‑conforming products
• Stock and rotate materials in designated storage locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• 6+ months of recent forklift experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to lift approximately 10 lbs repetitively
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, and crouch throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a non‑climate controlled environment
