Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Baystate Financial is searching for a part time Administrative Assistant for our Marshfield, MA office location. Regular hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills as well as a professional phone presence. Applicants must possess strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize business needs. Strong familiarity with business technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to quickly gain working knowledge of job-specific technology tools is a priority. Solid attention to detail and innate organizational skills are required to successfully navigate a large volume of incoming information and maintaining integrity of sensitive client data.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail according to compliance protocols
- Fielding incoming client communications via phone, email, and occasional in-person office visits
- Assisting with general client service requests
- Coordinator meetings and visitors to the office
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships for the location
