Business Operations Coordinator

Marshfield Public Schools – Marshfield, Massachusetts

Starting Date: July 1, 2026 or as soon as possible

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Reports to: Assistant Superintendent, Business & Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a municipal setting.
• Eligibility for valid School Business Administrator licensure in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning school district operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with computers and information‑management tools.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
