Job Description
Position: Specialized Educational Support Professional
Assignment: Special Education Preschool
Location: Early Childhood - Granatino Early Education Center
Hours: 28 hours per week
Starting Date: September 1, 2026
Salary: Specialized Educational Support Personnel Salary Schedule
Relationship / Authority: Reports directly to Director of Early Childhood Education and Assistant Superintendent Student Services
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in education preferred; formal training/course work in early childhood education preferred.
- Experience working with young children with special needs.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers and students and work as a member of a team.
- High personal integrity, reliability, punctuality and ability to maintain confidentiality required.
- Job description includes: personal hygiene, lifting, and toileting.
