Position:
Special Education Teacher (2 positions)
(These are vacancies due to one year leaves of absence)
Furnace Brook Middle School
Starting DateSeptember 2025 (teachers begin Tuesday, September 1, 2026)
SalaryTeacher Salary Schedule (FY26 rates; pending contract negotiations)
Organizational Relationship or Line of AuthorityReports directly to Special Education Department Head, Building Principal, and Assistant Superintendent Student Services
Qualifications- Master's preferred
- MA DESE License:
Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8 or 5-12) - Ability to relate well with middle school students and collaborate with teachers and support staff effectively.
