Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant - Unlicensed

This role serves as a key operational partner to the Loan Officer, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient execution of business development initiatives - client engagement, marketing initiatives & pipeline management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients and referral partners.
ResponsibilitiesDatabase duties
- Keep CRM in shape
- Organize & execute marketing campaigns for past clients
Agent Marketing
- Manage agent engagement activities, including events, gifts, and recognition programs
Client experience
- Assist in keeping client engaged
- Keep track of expiring approvals
- Follow-up on documents on expired approvals and CHB loans
- Send out weekly emails to all HOT approvals with available homes for sale
- Organize and execute client events
Prospecting
- Organize Loan Officer's calendar
- Generate database call lists for each day for the upcoming weeks, months, quarters
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, sales support, mortgage, banking, or real estate experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.

CompensationCompensation is determined by job-related qualifications, including experience, education, skills, and other role-specific factors, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
