The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

Join our amazing team of thoughtful and caring team members. We offer a comprehensive New Hire orientation as well as ongoing trainings including, but not limited to, Dementia, Disaster & Emergency and Elder Abuse.

Previous experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred, but not required. Interest and demonstrated ability to work with the elderly. Individualized skills in crafts, music or education preferred.

• Full-time (40hour) position available in our Memory Care community. Every other weekend required.

The Activity Assistantsfacilitatesmall group activities with direction from the Program Director. Transports residents to and from activities as needed. Contributes to meeting the social, phycological and spiritual needs of the residents.
