About you

You are a customer-focused, commercially minded Solutions Consultant who enjoys helping prospective customers envision what’s possible with technology. In this role within Access’ Construction ERP division, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales process by delivering compelling, value-driven solution demonstrations.

You are comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, from operational users to business decision-makers, and you can clearly communicate complex solutions in a practical, accessible way. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving business problems, and bring a consultative approach to every customer interaction.

You’re also naturally curious about technology, with proven ability to learn new products quickly, understand integrations and workflows, and apply innovative tools, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve customer engagement and solution delivery.

Day-to-day, you will:
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to support opportunities across the full sales cycle, from discovery through solution presentation and commercial progression.
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand business processes, operational challenges, and desired outcomes within construction and ERP environments.
  • Design and deliver tailored software demonstrations that clearly align Access Construction ERP solutions to customer needs and business priorities.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution-based recommendations that demonstrate operational value, process improvement, and long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and other internal teams to validate technical feasibility and support successful opportunity outcomes.
  • Support solution positioning by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancement opportunities gathered through client engagement.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance preparation, demonstration quality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Background in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Software Consulting, ERP Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high-quality work within fast-paced sales environments.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer-facing teams.
  • Familiarity using CRM systems and maintaining accurate opportunity and customer activity records.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in response to evolving customer and business needs.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Exposure to ERP, construction management, job costing, project accounting, field operations, or related construction software solutions.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into solution-based software demonstrations and business value conversations.
  • Technical knowledge related to software platforms, integrations, configurations, and solution architecture concepts.
  • Background supporting SaaS or cloud-based business software solutions.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled productivity and sales enablement technologies.
Residence Requirement

Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.

Work Authorization

Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus additional variable compensation. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
