Position Overview
As an Implementation Consultant – Finance, you’ll partner with customers to implement COINS, Access’s construction ERP solution, guiding them from requirements gathering and business process mapping through configuration, training, and solution delivery. Each implementation differs, giving you the opportunity to combine consulting, problem solving, and technology to deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact on the way our customers work.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and deliver customer workshops across a variety of COINS ERP modules, including Cash Book, VAT, General Ledger, Contract Sales, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Subcontract Ledger, Bill of Quantities, Construction, Customer Relationship Management, Valuations, and Automated Payments.
- Gather customer requirements, review COINS coding, and map business processes to configure solutions that align with each customer’s operational and financial needs.
- Deliver training on software and business processes through customer workshops, webinars, and seminars, while collaborating with other technical teams.
- Manage multiple implementation activities, balancing priorities, meeting project timelines, and delivering high‑quality customer outcomes.
- Design reports and support data configuration activities, including data loading and Data Mart or dataset definition where required.
- Identify opportunities for software enhancements and contribute to the ongoing development of the product area.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation design and delivery, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage project issues effectively.
- Understanding of cost accounting, construction accounting systems, trial balance, financial statement interpretation, database tables and fields, document management and OCR applications, and data file management, including configuration for data loading and Data Mart/dataset definition.
- Experience in Quan Etity Surveying or Accounting within the construction sector.
Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team. Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.
Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
