We are looking for a dependable, motivated shift manager who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.

• Lead and motivate team members throughout the shift
• Assign positions and keep the restaurant organized during busy periods
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Coach and develop employees
• Monitor labor, food cost, and operational procedures
• Handle cash and follow proper cash control procedures

• Postive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stay organized, thrive, and make decisions in a fast pace environment
• Strong communication skills
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred but we are willing to develop the right person
