The Opportunity

Lead safe, efficient operations of the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, applying sound judgment, crisp CRM, and a guest-centric approach. You will uphold company and regulatory standards, ensure aircraft readiness, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every mission.

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ flights, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
• Conduct comprehensive flight planning: performance, weather/NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, and routing.
• Lead clear crew briefings; practice disciplined SOPs and effective CRM.
• Deliver attentive, discreet passenger service and maintain professional communications.
• Maintain accurate flight/aircraft records and support aircraft cleanliness and readiness.
• Participate in required training and recurrent currency.
• Adapt to dynamic schedules while balancing safety, efficiency, and service.

• Total Time: 1,500 hours
• Cross-Country: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Instrument: 75 hours
• Type Rating:
  Current C560XL
  (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+) type rating
• Certificates: FAA ATP Written
• Medical:
  First Class
• Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not provided
• Location:
  
  Live within, or be willing to relocate within, a 2-hour radius of KGHG

• ATP certificate
• 3,000+ hours total time
• Time in type on the C560XL
  or other Citation series
• Previous Part 135 experience
• Clean FAA record with no incidents/accidents
