Accounting Manager

Overview

We are working on an Accounting Manager position for a growing, national manufacturing company. The company has seen some of the lowest turnover in the area and has become a staple of the community. This position has been created due to that growth and will have the chance to build out the team under them in the coming couple of years.

• Oversee the accounting and management of fixed and capital assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
• Maintain and update fixed asset systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Manage fixed asset inventory processes, including audits and physical validations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting
• Lead financial tracking and reporting for capital projects

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
