Office Youth Apprentice

Staab Construction is seeking a motivated Youth Apprentice to join our office team. This position is for high school students interested in pursuing a career in business administration or related career field. This position also provides exposure to several departments and a chance to learn how each area contributes to our projects and operations.

As a Youth Apprentice, you will gain insight and hands-on experience across several key business areas, including:

• Accounting: Assist with entry-level financial tasks, vendor invoices, and basic filing.
• Human Resources: Support employee onboarding, track training documentation, utilize databases to enter and update confidential information, and support employee communication.
• Marketing: Event support, create promotional materials
• Administration/Operation: General office coordination including answering phones, managing incoming/outgoing mail, use of current office software programs and tools, greeting customers.
